However, when contacting Passport’s customer service centre, personal information may be temporarily accessed by Passport’s customer service representatives located in the United States for the purpose of providing customer services related to your parking payment. “Personal Information” may include, without limitation, your name, email address, mobile phone number, province of residence, postal code, vehicle licence plate, and account PIN.
