Personal information is collected by Passport Parking, Inc. (Passport), on behalf of TransLink, for the purpose of administering the TransLink Park&Go application, including payment and enforcement. This is done in accordance with Part 3 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Personal information collected by Passport will be stored solely in Canada. However, when contacting Passport’s customer service centre, personal information may be temporarily accessed by Passport’s customer service representatives located in the United States for the purpose of providing customer services related to your parking payment. “Personal Information” may include, without limitation, your name, email address, mobile phone number, province of residence, postal code, vehicle licence plate, and account PIN.
